- Working as a Dialysis Nurse requires dedication and enthusiasm, along with the ability to balance technical nursing responsibilities while providing comprehensive care.
- You will operate independently, accountable for assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans for dialysis patients suffering from chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
- The Frome Dialysis Unit features 12 haemodialysis stations, catering to up to 48 patients, in collaboration with North Bristol Trust, utilizing only state-of-the-art equipment.

- Upon joining, you will participate in our 8-week Fundamental Dialysis Programme, accredited by the European Dialysis and Transplant Nurses Association/European Renal Care Association.

- We offer a competitive salary of up to £33, with progression through the pay scale supported by a Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF) for each role, enabling greater career development potential aligned with in-house training programs.
