Renal Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Renal Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our dialysis unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Provide technical nursing care and support to patients undergoing dialysis
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- A competitive salary up to £33,736.50 per year
