Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand our commercial insurance portfolio.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing customized solutions.
- Analyse client risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage limits to mitigate risks effectively.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance underwriters to secure competitive quotes and coverage options for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive advice and solutions to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or personal lines.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g., CII) desirable but not essential.
