**About the Role**

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in grocery stores through building strong relationships with key decision makers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility, display, and availability in grocery stores.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales.
  • Responsible for your own geographical area and the stores within it.

**Requirements**

  • Ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent at building relationships and negotiating.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously, using your time effectively and planning efficiently.
  • Passion for sales and a true advocate of our client's brand portfolio.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
