Retail Sales Development Manager

**About the Role**
Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in grocery stores through building strong relationships with key decision makers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility, display, and availability in grocery stores.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers to drive sales growth and ROI.
- Identify new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales in grocery stores.
- Responsible for your own geographical area and the stores within it.
**Requirements**
- Ambitious nature with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously and plan efficiently.
- Passion for sales and a true advocate for our client's brand portfolio.
- Full clean UK driving license.
