Job Title: Healthcare Support Assistant
We are seeking Healthcare Support Assistants to join our team in Newmarket, providing high-quality care to patients in nursing and residential homes.
As a Healthcare Support Assistant, you will contribute to the delivery of person-centered care, supporting patients with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care, such as bathing and dressing
- Assisting with meal preparation and serving
- Supporting patients with mobility issues
- Engaging in activities to promote mental health and wellbeing
Requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent in maths and English
- Experience working in a care setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Estimated Salary: £18-22 per hour. Benefits include flexible hours, training opportunities, and a referral scheme.
