Job Overview
Swegon Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover basis. This role will commence in late January 2025 and conclude in early February 2026.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Business Partner to provide high-quality support to the business for all recruitment requirements, developing a deep understanding of the company's different business units, people, roles, and future talent. They will be responsible for communicating effectively with all levels internally and externally, meeting differing demands while supporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work efficiently, and an understanding of social media, resume databases, and professional networks. A proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiter platforms are essential. A CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher is desirable, as well as awareness of Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion principles.
