Swegon Ltd. is a leading organization in the industry, seeking a highly skilled Academic Talent Acquisition Professional to join their HR team. This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover opportunity will start towards the end of January 2025.

This role involves working closely with the HR Business Partner on a hybrid basis out of the Vantage Point office, providing high-quality support for all recruitment requirements across different business units. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling them to interact effectively with various stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing the recruitment process for diverse job roles within each business unit.
  • Maintaining an overview of staffing needs through regular meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Designing job descriptions and interview questions tailored to specific position requirements.
  • Determining selection criteria that align with Swegon's culture and strategy.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing potential candidates, first screening, planning interviews and assessments, utilizing the PI profiling system, and tracking progress.
  • Utilizing the applicant tracking system and ensuring Hiring Managers are trained accordingly.
  • Ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.
  • Recording costs to support budget initiatives.
  • Producing monthly data showcasing achievement against KPIs.
  • Leading employer branding initiatives both internally and externally.
  • Organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
