Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our HR team at Swegon Ltd. This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover opportunity will commence in January 2025 and conclude in February 2026.
As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you will provide exceptional support to the business for all recruitment requirements, having a comprehensive understanding of the different business units, our people, roles, and identifying new and future talent. You will possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all levels internally and externally and be able to work under differing demands while supporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process for various requirements across different Business Units (BU).
- Maintain an overview of staffing needs via regular meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect position requirements.
- Determine selection criteria for open positions in line with Swegon's culture and strategy.
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle:
- Sourcing/headhunting of potential candidates through various online channels.
- First screening of potential candidates.
- Plan interviews and assessments.
- Utilize the PI profiling system for all candidates.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system and ensure all managers are trained.
- Track the status of all recruitment notifying hiring managers of progress where applicable.
- Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision.
- Collaborate with Shared Services to prepare employment offers.
- Support in executing background checks when needed.
- E nsure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable.
- Record all costs to support budget initiatives.
- Produce monthly data to show achievement against KPIs.
- Lead employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Drive our Armed Forces Covenant and relationship to build talent.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Maintain strong connections with HR colleagues within Swegon to share best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process.
- Monitor and update the PSL list.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
