Youth Housing Support Worker

Adullam Homes is a leading provider of supported accommodation for looked after children and care leavers in Derbyshire. We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team in Chesterfield.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with young people who may have left foster care or experienced other forms of trauma. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
