Elderly Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our team in a community-based setting. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to elderly residents living in their own apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will work closely with our care team to deliver person-centered care, tailoring your approach to meet the individual needs of each service user.
- You will assist with personal care duties, including preparing light meals and ensuring the safe use of moving and handling equipment.
- You will maintain a safe and healthy environment for service users, adhering to health and safety procedures.
Vacancy Requirements
We require applicants with a minimum of 6 months' experience working in community or care home settings. You must hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and relevant training certificates. Strong communication skills and flexibility are essential for this role.
Working Hours
This position offers flexible shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00. A competitive hourly rate of £11.44 applies, with enhanced pay for unsociable hours.
