Elderly Care Assistant with a Personal Touch

We are seeking a caring and compassionate elderly care assistant to join our team in Chesterfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to elderly residents living in their own flats.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all care plans are followed, undertake personal care duties, prepare light meals as required, and manage the safe use of equipment. Your excellent communication skills and strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care will make you an asset to our team.
