Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care assistant to join our team in Chesterfield. As a key member of our community support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to elderly residents living in their own flats.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working in care settings, a strong commitment to delivering excellent patient care, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure the safe use of equipment, manage personal care duties, and provide light meals as required.
