As a valued member of our team at Quality Service Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Elderly Support Worker to join our community care service in the Chesterfield area.

Our modern facility provides a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents, and as a support worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring they receive the level of care and support they need to live fulfilling lives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience working within community or care home settings and hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service. You will also possess strong communication skills, be available for shorter notice shifts (24 hours), and be able to work collaboratively as part of our dedicated team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all care plans are followed to meet individual needs
  • Undertaking personal care duties and preparing light meals as required
  • Ensuring the safe use of equipment and maintaining a safe environment

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.44 per hour, making this an attractive opportunity for those seeking a rewarding career in care.
