About the Opportunity
RE People is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a 3-month contract. As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues and support change processes within the organisation. This is a hybrid role that requires two days per week in the office, with the remaining days offering flexibility to work remotely.

The key responsibilities of this role include offering expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, supporting change processes by drafting letters, documents, and communications, and assisting managers with developing cases for change, consultation documents, and liaising with unions.

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in a similar HR advisory role. You must be able to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to present data effectively, is essential. Strong customer focus, both internally and externally, is required. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are also necessary.

We anticipate the salary for this role to be in the range of £38,000-£45,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
