Employee Benefits Assistant Role

We are seeking an Employee Benefits Assistant to join our team, providing support with employee benefits administration, including pension scheme management, payroll processing, and communication with employees and employers.

Responsibilities:
  • Pension scheme management, including data entry and maintenance.
  • Payroll processing and preparation of year-end returns.
  • Communication with employees and employers regarding benefits.

Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of pensions and benefits administration.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum.
