We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join our team at Cera Care in Cheltenham. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients in their own homes, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in people's lives. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized care plans that meet their unique requirements.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, cooking and preparing hot meals, and supporting with domestic tasks. However, your true impact lies in the companionship, reassurance, and joy you bring to the lives of those you care for.

Cera Care makes caring easier with our cutting-edge technology, which streamlines administrative tasks and enhances outcomes. Our predictive technology and risk alerts empower our care teams to make informed decisions and act quickly, resulting in fewer hospitalizations and reduced fall risks for our clients.

Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £16.65 per hour (enhanced bank holiday rate)
