**THE ROLE**
- Client Relations Department _
- Delivering exceptional customer care at all times
- Building relationships with customers and using initiative when dealing with queries Working with the warehouse team and our couriers to solve problems and promote our level of service
- Provide support to our stores and other departments within Head Office
- Bringing a high-level service when assisting at Holland Cooper events and in the Boutique
- Resolve product and service issues, from determining the cause, explaining the solution, and following up to ensure resolution
- Developing a strong knowledge and understanding of collections to identify and convert of sales leads
**ABOUT YOU**
- You will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for fashion, sales and good customer service
- You will have a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations
- With strong communication skills and a personable approach to problem solving, you will endeavour to deliver a high standard customer experience
- You will have excellent time management skills with a can-do attitude and hands-on approach
- You will be proactive, flexible, and committed within your role (shift pattern and weekend work is required during peak times)
- Strong written skills and a good phone manner are essential to this role
- Good attention to detail is always key Strong organisational skills are essential
