About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the food sector. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering sales plans to meet channel-specific growth and profitability targets.

You will work closely with our food brands, focusing on sustainability, organic, natural, and plant-based products. Your expertise in category management principles and commercial judgement will be essential in building strong relationships with key accounts and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver sales plans to meet channel-specific growth and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the food sector
  • Work closely with our food brands to understand their needs and develop sales strategies
  • Utilize category management principles to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the food sector
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving profitability
  • Strong commercial judgement and category management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
