About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the food sector. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the UK cash & carry/convenience/high street sales plan to meet channel-specific growth and profitability targets.

You will have a portfolio of food brands centered around sustainability, organic, natural, and plant-based products. Your key focus will be on building strong relationships with major cash & carry/convenience accounts and driving sales growth through effective category management and commercial negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver the UK cash & carry/convenience/high street sales plan to meet channel-specific growth and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major cash & carry/convenience accounts
  • Drive sales growth through effective category management and commercial negotiation
  • Manage a portfolio of food brands centered around sustainability, organic, natural, and plant-based products
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2+ years' head office level contact with major cash & carry/convenience accounts
  • Solid experience in JBPs and good knowledge of category management principles
  • Sound commercial judgement
