We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Finance Manager with various accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Manage and process financial transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and payments, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Account Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of company accounts, including ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
  • Communication: Respond to queries from staff and external clients, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Procedure Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of business finance procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and implemented effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Sage accounting software and other financial systems.
  • Qualifications: An accounting qualification is preferred but not essential.
