* Prepare, review, and process financial planning documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
* Maintain and update client records, financial plans, and related documents in our CRM system
* Organize appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings between clients and planners
* Ensure that all client files and processes adhere to industry regulations and company standards

* Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency with financial software and CRM systems
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
