Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning Administrator to provide administrative support to our financial advisors and ensure seamless operations. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors
  • Prepare and maintain client files, documents, and reports
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
  • Coordinate client meetings and follow-ups
  • Manage client communications
  • Help maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in financial services or administrative roles is advantageous
