Job Role: Financial Planning Administrator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planners, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Support: Assist financial planners with managing client portfolios, preparing for meetings, and addressing client inquiries.
* Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and process financial planning documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
* Data Management: Maintain and update client records, financial plans, and related documents in our CRM system.
* Scheduling and Coordination: Organize appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings between clients and planners.
* Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all client files and processes adhere to industry regulations and company standards.
