Healthcare and Social Services Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Healthcare and Social Services Coordinator to join our team in the North of London. As a key member of our Internal Quality Assurance team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our healthcare and social services provision.
The successful candidate will work closely with our assessors/trainers to ensure the quality of their performances meets our high standards. This includes providing guidance and support, conducting internal verification activities, and participating in external verification visits as required.
You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering sampling plans for internal verification, working closely with the Lead IQA to ensure all trainers' requirements and standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of our healthcare and social services provision.
- Provide guidance and support to assessors/trainers to improve their performance.
- Conduct internal verification activities, including sampling plans and standardization meetings.
- Participate in external verification visits as required.
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS or equivalent).
- Have a Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths or English or equivalent.
- Have experience working in internal verification products.
- Knowledge of embedding different plans and delivering/creating programmes that are fit for the delivery of learners.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, plus additional benefits.
