Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Children’s Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of our youth justice programs, working closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of youth justice programs.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams to identify and address the needs of adolescents.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including presenting in court settings.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Probation, Education, Health, Police).
  • Relevant professional experience working with youth justice populations.
  • Excellent knowledge of youth justice principles, child development, and restorative practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £43,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career growth within Social Personnel.
