Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in a busy Children's Nursery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administration and finance systems, coordinating viewing appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:- Manage administration and finance systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records.
- Process parent invoices and record payment details, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Coordinate diary schedules and viewing appointments for prospective parents, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date children's data on the computer system, accurately recording changes as necessary.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the nursery team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration and finance management in a similar setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with children and families.
