**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the installation of mechanical building services on a new commercial project in Rossendale, Lancashire.

The role will involve managing a team of skilled tradespeople, including pipefitters and plumbers, to ensure the successful completion of the project within the given timeframe. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on new build projects, particularly in education and healthcare settings.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • SSSTS / SMSTS certifications or an equivalent health and safety passport course
  • Prior experience working on large-scale construction projects
