Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team and provide comprehensive support and treatment to individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of evidence-based practices and the ability to work effectively with clients and their families. As a Mental Health Practitioner in this role, you will assess clients' mental health and substance use, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide counseling and therapy.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess clients' mental health and substance use, developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide counseling and therapy to clients.

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience working in a drug and alcohol service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
