This is an exciting opportunity to join our Transformation Unit as a Substance Use Recovery Specialist. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to service users who require harm reduction interventions.
Responsibilities include:
- To assess risk and safeguarding issues and ensure service users and children are protected
- Evidence of continuing professional development and training
- Developing on-site BBV screening/prevention opportunities
As a skilled professional with a strong background in addiction care, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £48,060 - £57,201 per annum, inclusive of HCAS, and a comprehensive benefits package. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes for individuals affected by substance use, please apply.
