Residential Fire Risk Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Fire Risk Assessor to join our client's Fire Risk Assessment team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments in residential properties and ensuring compliance with fire safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out type 1, 3, and 4 fire risk assessment programs in domestic housing, care and support schemes, and properties owned by the housing provider.
- Collaborate with the Fire Risk Assessment Manager and Senior Fire Risk Assessor to develop and implement fire safety management systems.
- Coordinate and manage contractors for destructive inspections as part of type 4 fire risk assessments.
- Verify that all repairs and intrusive surveys adhere to fire safety regulations and meet high quality standards.
- Deliver comprehensive and concise fire risk assessments for type 1, 3, and 4 assessments.
