Senior AI Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Researcher to join our team at LightSpeed Studios, a leading game developer with a global presence. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing AI systems for generating high-quality 3D models from textual descriptions or image inputs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Advanced AI Systems: Design and implement AI models that can generate 3D models from text or images, suitable for game production and other applications.
- Optimize AI Model Performance: Improve the quality, speed, diversity, and controllability of AIGC large models for 3D generation, and promote their industrial deployment and product implementation.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with game development teams to integrate 3D models into game environments, enhance player experience, and apply AI technology in specific business scenarios.
- Ph.D. in Computer Vision or Computer Graphics: With 3 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Expertise in 3D Mesh Model Generation: Outstanding achievements in areas such as mesh texturing, PBR material generation, automatic skeleton binding, and mesh automatic skinning.
- Experience with AI Models and 3D Data Processing: Familiarity with AI models like Diffusion, ViT, DiT, GAN, ControlNet, LoRA, IP-Adapter, Inpainting, super-resolution, etc., and experience in constructing 3D datasets and processing various 3D data formats.
- Publications in Top Conferences and Journals: Strong track record of publications in top computer vision and graphics conferences and journals.
- Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills: Excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Programming and Deep Learning Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C/C++), mastery of deep learning frameworks, and strong coding skills.
