About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team as a Health Advisor. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to individuals with disabilities or conditions, helping them navigate the benefits system.

As a Health Advisor, you will utilize your clinical knowledge and expertise to assess individuals and determine how their conditions impact their daily lives. You will also develop and implement personalized plans to help individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • NMC Level 1 Registered Adult Nurse
  • Minimum 12 months broad-based clinical post-registration experience within the past 5 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Honest and able to maintain integrity and customer confidentiality
