Job Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Pound Farms. The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.">
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., social work, healthcare). ">

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
