About the Role

Job Summary

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support, promoting independence and dignity, and making a positive impact on the lives of our service users. You will work closely with our experienced team of professionals to deliver high-quality care and support, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in Health and Social Care or related field.
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with individuals with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of £11.57 per hour (payable for all hours worked).
  • Enhanced pay of 50p per hour for hours worked between 15:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday (terms and conditions apply).
  • Premium overtime rates of £1 per hour for hours worked in excess of standard working hours (terms and conditions apply).
  • Access to Wagestream, allowing you to access your wages as you earn them.
