Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join our Assessment Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in responding to referrals, conducting assessments, and developing effective case plans to support children and families.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as a Social Worker at Hoople will include:

  • Assessing and investigating concerns to determine the most appropriate support for children and families
  • Developing and implementing case plans to address the needs of children and families
  • Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in statutory social care
  • Strong assessment and report writing skills
  • An ability to manage complex caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively
