About the Role

As a Senior Support Team Coordinator with HF Trust, you will play a vital role in ensuring that individuals with learning disabilities receive high-quality support and care. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and promote good practice in our services, fostering a culture of respect, choice, and empowerment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable adults and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with the Service Manager/Deputy Service Manager to ensure that all regulatory and legislative requirements are met, and internal standards (Housing/Quality/Compliance) and local authority contractual standards are upheld.

Your day-to-day activities will involve supporting staff to deliver person-centered care, promoting health, safety, and wellbeing, and encouraging individuals to become part of their community. You will also be responsible for risk assessments, making full use of Hft systems.

We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum, plus benefits such as annual leave, apprenticeships, training, and discounted mobile phone contracts. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support services to people with learning disabilities, we want to hear from you.
