About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Activities Coordinator at Akari Care. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver a variety of activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents.
- Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and other team members to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach to resident engagement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to promote socialization and community involvement.
- Assist with fundraising initiatives and budgeting for activities, materials, and outings.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes resident dignity and well-being.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour.
