  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and community teams to ensure a cohesive and inclusive approach to resident engagement.
  • Support residents in maintaining their hobbies and interests, while also encouraging them to try new activities.
  • Assist with innovative fund-raising initiatives and budgeting for entertainment, materials, and outings.
  • Contribute to creating a supportive, caring, and kind environment that values and respects the dignity of our residents.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour.
