We are seeking a seasoned Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of PPM contracts valued at up to 1 million. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of over 1 million and will be responsible for taking overall contractual, operational, and financial responsibility for these contracts.
The successful candidate will ensure all works on site are delivered in a safe manner, adhering to H&S company protocols and escalating any queries. They will also ensure all contracts are operated in accordance with the company's operational and financial processes, work to client KPIs and work instructions, and take responsibility for financial budget constraints.
Key responsibilities include overseeing process and site conduct on contracts, providing detailed quotes on contract services, attending monthly contract meetings, and providing technical support to the client.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing P&L for multiple contracts, experience of working within a challenging service & maintenance related environment, and industry or HVAC experience & qualifications.
