Business Growth and Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth and Development Executive to join our team at Solid Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development activities, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients in the South East region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and engage potential clients, including architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers, emphasising the benefits of our lightning protection product portfolio.
- Negotiate offers and contract terms with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for all parties involved.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities within the lightning protection industry.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in business development within the lightning protection industry is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of lightning protection products, systems, and related industry standards, specifically BSEN 62305.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets within a competitive market.
