About the Role:

You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the sterile field, assisting surgeons during procedures, and providing skilled assistance as a Surgical First Assistant. Your experience working in a range of surgical specialties, including General Surgery, Orthopaedics, ENT, Plastics, Gynaecology, and Urology, will be invaluable in this role.

About You:

To succeed in this position, you will need a strong background in theatre nursing, a proven track record of leadership, and excellent communication skills. Your ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during stressful situations will be essential.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
