Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Registered Children's Manager to join our team at Flashcare Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare and leadership skills to match. Key Responsibilities:
  1. To lead and manage a team of care professionals in providing high-quality care and support to young people with complex needs.
  2. To develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person.
  3. To ensure the smooth operation of the residential service, including managing budgets and resources.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and OFSTED requirements.
  • Experience of working with children and young people who exhibit challenging behaviour.
