Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:
Candour Talent Ltd is seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Proposal Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and review customer RFQs, rerouting or declining as necessary
• Acknowledge quotations and engage in dialogue with customers to establish and meet expectations
• Register incoming RFQs, assess commercial implications, and evaluate technical requirements
• Conduct technical assessments, including review of project specifications, technical drawings, and data sheets
• Prepare quotation packages for internal review and approval
• Submit quotations to customers and enter data into records database
• Resolve customer scope or supply queries during the quotation process
• Verify purchase orders against quotations and prepare PO handover packages for project execution teams
• Manage and prioritize quotations, ensuring timely responses and adherence to company guidelines and targets

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and peers at all levels
• Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure, meeting set deadlines
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, with SAP experience an asset
• Foreign language skills an advantage in a customer base that is international
