Night Operations Manager

Job Summary:
Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Night Supervisor to join our team at the pre-opening stage of our new hotel at Manchester Airport. As a key member of our launch team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests and staff during the night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security checks to ensure the safety and security of hotel guests and staff.
- Work closely with the Night Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Conduct the nightly audit to close the day's business and liaise with the accounts team to ensure accuracy.
- Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a first-class experience for all guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel environment, preferably in a night shift role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
