Night Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to oversee the hotel's overnight operations and ensure that our guests have a safe and comfortable stay. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for managing the night staff, dealing with any guest requests or issues that may arise, and ensuring that all hotel operations are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the night staff and ensure they are performing their duties to a high standard.
- Ensure all hotel operations are running smoothly during the overnight shift, including front desk operations, security, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Deal with any guest requests or issues that may arise during the night shift, and ensure all guests receive excellent customer service.
- Handle any emergency situations that may arise, and contact the appropriate authorities if necessary.
- Complete the nightly audit and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed during the overnight shift.
- Manage the overnight budget and ensure all expenses are recorded and accounted for.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure any issues or concerns are addressed promptly.
- Provide training and guidance to night staff to ensure they are performing their duties to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate records of all overnight activities and incidents.

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment, preferably in a night management role.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of safety and security procedures.
- The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
