Job Summary

We're seeking a talented Retail Sales Assistant to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a positive and engaging experience in-store.
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising, stock management, and store maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Support the store management team in opening, closing, and running the store when needed.
