HR Advisor Job Description

BBB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide strategic support and guidance to the business on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR expertise and advice on employment-related matters
  • Coach managers to become self-sufficient in handling HR issues
  • Advise senior management on operational HR practices and people solutions
  • Work with the HR data analysis team to interpret data and insights
  • Foster a culture of service excellence and diversity and inclusion
  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Partner on driving and embedding the online recruitment process
  • Support line managers in embedding competency-based performance management and coaching
  • Identify and recommend new and improved ways of working

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and experience in policy and process improvement. They will be able to use their initiative to problem-solve and identify solutions with a flexible approach and the ability to handle sensitive issues diplomatically and confidentially.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or relevant demonstrable experience
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
