Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Early Years professional to join our team at a primary school just outside Launceston. This is a temp-to-perm position, starting with Teaching Personnel before transitioning to a permanent contract with the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals or groups of children across all areas of learning, under the direction of the Pre-School Manager, to help develop their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social skills.
  • Assist with planning, evaluating, and delivering learning activities in line with the Early Years Framework and Development Matters in EYFS, encouraging children to work towards Early Learning Goals.
  • Monitor and document children's progress through observations, providing feedback to the Pre-School Manager and parents.

The successful candidate will have experience in early years settings or working with young children, a strong understanding of the Early Years Framework, patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach.

Estimated Salary: £22,070 per annum.
