Job Description:

This Support Worker role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of learning disabled adults. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to achieve their goals and develop skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver person-centered care, respecting each individual's unique needs and aspirations.
  • Build strong relationships with service users, understanding their wants and needs, and empowering them to make informed decisions about their lives.

Requirements:
